All of us would have experienced daunting obstacles that are too difficult to overcome, and we would have compromised our dreams, readjust our goals, or simply give up and quit. While modifying our goals and desires are parts of the Arts of Life which make us grow and mature, we need to ask ourselves, have we really tried our best? Have we left any regrets?

In this meeting, we'll introduce the practice of Buddhism, which enable us to retrieve the inner spiritual strength within us. Through theoretical understanding of nature of life and daily spiritual practice of chanting, we can tap into the inner spiritual potentials that may have previously been hidden. Such spiritual awakening enable us to meet various challenges in lives with renewed strengths and wisdoms.

Quotes from SGI President Daisaku Ikeda

Whilst the stark truth is that hardship and difficulties are inevitable and inescapable, the definitive question may be whether we yield under their weight or use them as an opportunity to better ourselves. Read here ...

In life when we feel we have reached a limit, that is when the true battle begins. Just when you despair and think it is impossible to go any further, will you become apathetic, or will you say it's not over and stand up with an unyielding spirit? The battle is decided by this single determination.
