Do you have things you want to change in life ? or do you keep committing the same mistakes over and over again ? Do you have difficult relations with some people, maybe your friends, colleagues or even family members ? or do you find it difficult to advice people whom you care of their problems ?

Most of us had heard of the concept of "karma", the underlying force that drives us into the same behavior again and again. But are we powerless to our own karma ? Do our destinies predetermined ?

We would like to invite you to come to this workshop, to learn of how to make use of our own innate "Buddhahood" - the immense wisdom, courage and compassion within everyone of us, which allow us to cope with our problems, to change our most enduring habits, and to help and inspire others.

In the workshop, we will introduce a useful spiritual practice that everyone can master and is very beneficial.

We will start with a short introduction to Nichiren Buddhism, a sect of Buddhism that is directly related to our daily lives. Then we will learn about chanting, a spiritual practice that invokes our deepest sense of consciousness, through which we can elevate our life conditions, be more empowered to face any problems, achieve our dreams and to attain absolute happiness.

Welcome everyone of all backgrounds to come to this workshop.

Quotes

"We practice this Buddhism to make our prayers and dreams come true and to achieve the greatest possible happiness. The purpose of Nichiren Daishonin's Buddhism is to enable us to realize victory. The fact that our prayers are answered proves the correctness of this teaching."

- Daisaku Ikeda, President of Soka Gakkai International (SGI)
