Do you think you can learn something meaningful and useful for your lives, and get to do it in one hour ?

In this meeting, we will give a short introduction to Nichiren Buddhism, and how we can apply Buddhist teachings in our day-to-day living. We will then introduce the Buddhist practice of Chanting, a spiritual practice that everyone can learn and master within few minutes. Immediately we will be able to try it out by chanting together. By the end of the meeting, everyone should have learnt a spiritual practice that is very beneficial to us.

Welcome to join us in this one-hour journey to learn of a practical way to explore our spiritual realm and its connection to our daily lives.

Quotes

"We practice this Buddhism to make our prayers and dreams come true and to achieve the greatest possible happiness. The purpose of Nichiren Daishonin's Buddhism is to enable us to realize victory. The fact that our prayers are answered proves the correctness of this teaching."

- Daisaku Ikeda, President of Soka Gakkai International (SGI)
