Do you believe in the possibility of lasting happiness?

Or does this seem like something forever out of reach?

Would you react skeptically if told that you were born to cultivate an everlasting state of happiness?

According to Aristotle, "Happiness depends upon ourselves." But just what is happiness ? Is it the fulfillment of our every wish and desire ? Is it the absence of all suffering ?

In this meeting, we will explore these ideas from the perspective of Buddhist teaching. It teaches that true happiness is a profound sense of joy that genuinely stem from our heart. It is established through a vast state of life, full of appreciation and compassion to other people, and to our own self, with determination and confidence to triumph over all of our problems and adversities.

We will also discuss how Buddhism can help us to expand our life state and attain everlasting happiness.

Please join us in this casual seminar and discussion to explore our inate potential to be truely happy.

Quote: "Happiness is not something far away. It is to be found neither in fame nor in popularity. When we live with integrity, our hearts begin to fill with a happiness as vast as the universe. It.s about being true to ourselves and starting from where we are. From there our happiness will expand and grow limitlessly."
