If we want to change ourselves for the better, we'll need to perceive the true nature of our lives. However, nothing is more mysterious than life. The states of our lives are ever-changing, fluctuating from moment to moment. Everyone of us would have similar experiences: at one instance we maybe in deep worries or anxieties, upon hearing encouraging words from friends, we'll immediately beam with joy and hope.

On the other hand, there are basic tendencies of lives that seem to be adhered with us. Some of these tendencies prompt us into same mistakes again and again, while some other tendencies can drive us to success and happiness.

In this meeting, we will introduce the Buddhist theory of "Ten Worlds", which accurately summarize the vast, diverse states of lives into just 10 categories. It also explains both the transient, and the persistent nature of life states.

More importantly, by knowing our inner life states, we can have greater control of our emotions, and in the long run, transform our characters to the better. Welcome to join us in this one-hour journey to get to know ourselves.
